BOlognese Breeder how do we Get a puppY?

1.  How do we get a puppy? Contact us by email, text or call at the phone number listed on the website. We’ll send you our general information about the puppy availability, pickup , shipping  etc.… Then we’ll answer any questions you may have. We’ll ask you a few questions too. We want to make sure a Bolognese fits your home and lifestyle.

2.  How do I pick out my puppy?  When a litter is born, we post it on the website or if you have a deposit already, we send pictures to you.  Customers get to choose puppies in order of deposits.  

We send weekly pictures so you  can watch them grow.  At about 4 weeks we can tell you about their physical characteristics and some of their personality traits. That is the time you get to choose your puppy. 

3.   When are the puppies ready to go?  They go to their new homes by 8 to 9 wks old.

4.   You are always welcome to come pick up your puppy.  if you’re in a neighboring state, we can also meet you partway. Bolognese are a rare breed, so we do fly most of our puppies to their new homes.  We ship from Boise ID on Alaska Airlines.  In over 20 years, all of our puppies have arrived safely and soundly.  We also have a pet courier that delivers puppies for us. Jennifer flies in-cabin with the puppy. She can fly into any commercial airport.

4.   Pets are transported in the live animal cargo section of the plane which is insulated, pressurized, and temperature controlled.  The temperature is the same as it is in the passenger area of the plane.  Your pet can rest comfortably in his or her crate during the flight. They have food and water the entire flight.  When you use the cargo system, pets are put on the plane last and taken off first to insure their safety.  When it gets close to shipping time, we make the reservations. Upon arrival, the puppy is taken to the cargo station. There ready for pick up about a half hour after arrival.

5.  How do I pay for my puppy?  The deposit is $300 and is applied to the cost of the puppy It may be paid with a personal check, postal money order, Venmo, or Paypal. The final payment must be paid only with a postal money order or Paypal, or Venmo.    

6.  How do I get with my puppy? The puppies are shipped in a crate with a sherpa bed.  If you are driving or flying in to pick your puppy up, we provide a pet travel bag.  Also included is a toy, blanket, food and water dish, puppy pad, chew stick and training booklet.  We also send the puppy’s paperwork, which includes a health certificate, a puppy health record to show current worming and puppy vaccinations, a one year health guarantee, registration papers, and a puppy care information sheet. It’s placed under the bed in the crate, or pet travel bag, in a plastic sleeve and shipped with the puppy.

7.  Do I get a registration paper and a pedigree?  Yes, we will send you the registration papers for your puppy.  You may order an official pedigree at the same time when you send the papers in to register the puppy in your name.
